On April 27, 1973, the plaintiffs brought the present action to enjoin the defendants from interfering with an easement claimed by the plaintiffs. In an opinion filed February 20, 1974, the trial court declared a prescriptive easement in favor of the plaintiffs and concluded that the defendants should be permanently enjoined from interfering with the easement. The defendants now appeal as of right.
