The National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of its order1 to bargain collectively issued against the Detroit Edison Company (hereinafter "the Company"). The Board ordered the Company to bargain with Local 458, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America (hereinafter "the Union").
