This is a suit for damages for personal injuries received in an intersectional collision. The trial court entered a judgment for the plaintiff based on a jury verdict. The defendant has appealed contending that the trial court erred in refusing to submit to the jury an issue inquiring as to whether the plaintiff was guilty of negligence by reason of her speed.
