This is an action by Galbraiths to recover the purchase price paid for a motorcoach which was extensively damaged by fire on June 30, 1972, while still on the seller's premises. Purchasers sought other relief, but the only issues on appeal arise from a partial summary judgment granted in favor of plaintiffs and against defendants, American Motorhomes Corporation and Motorhome Service Center, for the total purchase...
