Plaintiff Sandra Blake brought a negligence action to recover for personal injuries resulting from a three-car automobile collision. Plaintiff was driving a short distance behind defendant Thomas Mahaffey on a two-lane highway when Mahaffey turned left in front of an oncoming car driven by defendant Charles Delhotel. Delhotel pulled to his left to avoid Mahaffey but nevertheless collided...
