Plaintiff, Mrs. Emmett R. Flaherty, brought this action to recover all benefits due on a credit life insurance policy issued for a term of one year in the amount of $10,000.00. The action was brought against Gulfco Life Insurance Company (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Gulfco").
