The Appellants, Carol Marie Moore and Robert Edward Greene, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged jointly, tried before a jury and convicted of the crime of Larceny of Merchandise From a Retailer in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-75-417.
