Plaintiff filed an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by negligence of the defendants (Hospital) when plaintiff fell in a bathtub owned and "controlled" by the Hospital. Her complaint, as amended, alleged that the Hospital "negligently" failed to keep a bathtub and adjacent area in the bathroom...
