Plaintiff filed this suit alleging that as a route salesman for the defendant corporations he is entitled to recover compensation under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement between the corporations and a Teamster's Union. After defendants denied plaintiff was their employee, but was instead an employee of their route salesman, James E. Martin, plaintiff named Martin as an additional defendant.
