This case concerns the attempt by the appellant-trustee in bankruptcy to set aside a transfer of funds from the bankrupt to the defendant-appellee. Trustee contends that the transfer constitutes a fraudulent conveyance under sections 67(d)(2)(a), 67(d)(2)(d) and 70(e)(1)1 of the Bankruptcy Act. The district court dismissed the action.
