KELLEHER, Justice.
In June of 1973 the District Court entered a default judgment for $1,350 against the defendant. A motion to vacate this default judgment was denied in the District Court, and the defendant appealed to the Superior Court from the denial of this motion. The Superior Court denied his appeal, and thereafter he appealed to this court.
