Pursuant to the judgment of the Supreme Court of the United States dated June 14, 1976, ___ U.S. ___, 96 S.Ct. 2140, 48 L.Ed.2d 736, reversing the judgment of this Court, is now here ordered and adjudged by this Court that the judgment of the District Court appealed from in this cause is reversed, and the cause is hereby remanded to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas for further proceedings in conformity with the opinion...
