This is a petition to review wherein an employer seeks to remove from the compensation rolls a partially incapacitated employee who is currently receiving benefits for that incapacity under a decree dated January 27, 1972. The petition is based solely on the ground that the employee, having reached the required age and completed the necessary years of service, has voluntarily retired from his employment and is receiving pension benefits...
