This appeal is from a judgment of the Superior Court for the judicial district of Waterbury. The named plaintiff is the publisher of three newspapers and the coplaintiff is the corporation which publishes, prints and circulates them. The defendants are the members of the board of education of the city of Waterbury and the clerk of that board.
