(hereinafter referred to as Crane), against the defendant, Roberts Supply Company (hereinafter referred to as Roberts), alleging that Roberts was indebted to Crane in the amount of $29,828.85, for termination charges on valves which were either completed or partially completed pursuant to two purchase orders placed by Roberts with Crane.
