On April 25, 1975, appellant Michael Glazer was convicted after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Lloyd F. MacMahon, Judge, for having violated 18 U.S.C. § 10011 by submitting false documents to the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.
