Vaughn, a resident of Lamesa, Texas; the guaranty agreement was also executed in Texas. The agreement provided that "If any monthly installment is past due more than 15 days, B. J. Vaughn shall promptly mail notice of that fact to the said Lee, P. O. Box 266, Bentonville, Arkansas, 72712...
