Under an indictment for murder in the first degree appellant was convicted of murder in the second degree and the jury fixed her punishment at ten years imprisonment in the penitentiary. She was represented at arraignment and trial by court-appointed counsel. She pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity.
