Bud Dallas Horton, Jr., an inmate of the Alabama Prison System, appeals from the denial of his petition for habeas corpus relief in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Horton was indicted by a grand jury in the Circuit Court of Madison County, Alabama for first-degree murder.
