PER CURIAM.

Roswell Wixom appeals his conviction for distribution of heroin under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The case was submitted to a jury which returned a guilty verdict. We affirm.

At trial, the government produced a substantial amount of evidence which showed that defendant Wixom distributed four ounces of heroin to one Patty Caldwell on January 3, 1975.
