In this suit for damages for personal injuries the trial court sustained the separate motions of defendants to dismiss plaintiff's action. Plaintiff appealed to the St. Louis District of the Court of Appeals. That court adopted an opinion which held that plaintiff's claim was not barred by the statute of limitations and reversed the judgment of dismissal.
