This is an action for wrongful death brought by Norman W. Bourque and his wife, the parents of the minor decedent. Defendants are Dudley John Leblanc, d/b/a River Oaks Trailer Park, Motor Vehicle Casualty Company, his liability insurer, and Thomas Sparks.
