Lewis E. Guebara appeals from his conviction by a jury of felony murder in violation of K.S.A. 21-3401 and unlawful possession of a firearm in violation of K.S.A. 21-4204 (1) (b). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment for life, and for not less than one nor more than five years.
