This is an appeal from a court tried case wherein the appellant sought to recover of the respondent $4,300.00 damages occasioned when appellant's 1967 Mack refuse trash collection truck was damaged when a tire loaned to appellant by respondent blew out causing appellant's truck to run off of the traveled portion of Highway 70 in St. Louis County and into a ditch.
