This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, Keith Chasteen, and third-party defendant, Thomas W. Brooks, in an action brought under the provisions of the agister's lien law (K.S.A. 1974 Supp. 58-207 et seq.) to assert and enforce a statutory lien on certain horses for their care and keep.
