Plaintiff, Eddie Foster (Appellant) brought this action against defendants Western World Insurance Company, All Star Insurance Corporation and Stuart Alfred Douglas Haynes (Insurers), erroneously sued as Underwriters at Lloyds, London, for amounts allegedly due under three fire insurance policies issued by Insured on certain commercial property owned by Appellant in the City of Bogalusa, Louisiana.
