The defendant was convicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in violation of section 28-1,125, R.S.Supp., 1974. He was given a sentence of 3 to 9 years on each count, with the sentences to run consecutively. The defendant appeals. We affirm the judgment and sentences of the District Court.
