Defendant appeals his conviction for possession of amphetamines, MCLA 335.341(4)(b); MSA 18.1070(41)(4)(b), and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, MCLA 335.341(1)(c); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(c).
