The State charged Lawrence Russell by bill of information with armed robbery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. He was tried and convicted. The court sentenced him to imprisonment for fifteen years. He appeals his conviction and sentence, relying on seven assignments of error. However, defendant did not brief or argue Assignments of Error Nos. 3, 6, and 7.
