OPINION

CONNOR, Justice.

This is a sentence appeal. Walter Tommy was sentenced to two concurrent ten-year terms of imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to two counts of grand larceny.1 It appears that he had been spending the evening of November 24, 1974 looking after his niece and nephew in their home while their parents were away. Tommy became intoxicated and stole two rifles. Although he remembers little of the evening's events...
