TITUS, Judge.

Plaintiffs, husband and wife, were passengers in an automobile operated by defendant Hinkle when it figured in a collision with a vehicle driven by defendant Lobbey. Plaintiff wife sued defendants for damages allegedly caused by injuries received in the accident; plaintiff husband joined in suing defendants on his averred action per quod consortium amisit. The jury returned verdicts in favor of both defendants...
