This is an appeal from a judgment denying petitioner's amended petition for writ of mandamus which sought to command the respondent Southgate Recreation and Park District (div. 5, ch. 4, Pub. Resources Code) to provide statutory "relocation benefits" to petitioner, because he was forced to vacate his rented residence by action of the respondent.
