OPINION PER CURIAM, March 29, 1976:

Appellant raises three contentions. We remand so that each claim may be considered by the lower court.

On May 22, 1975, a jury found appellant guilty of a robbery that took place on July 24, 1974 (indictment 1307). Counsel filed post-trial motions. Appellant had also been indicted for a July 11, 1974 robbery (indictment 1306) and for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver1
