Plaintiffs filed suit against Vigilant Insurance Company claiming that they were entitled to damages from an uninsured motorists' clause contained in a policy covering the vehicle in which they were riding. Defendant, the appellee herein, answered admitting that the automobile was insured by it and also set forth a denial and affirmative defenses.
