This suit arose because Pollution Solutions, Inc. (Pollution) failed to pay vehicle lease rentals to appellee, Leaseway of Texas, Inc. (Leaseway), in the amount of $22,322.05. The nature and amount of the debt was admitted by Pollution. Judgment was rendered by the trial court (without a jury) against Pollution and against Stephen L. Rosenthal, individually, and Metroplex Sanitation, Inc. (Metroplex) for the amount prayed for. Pollution did not appeal...
