Appellant had three petitions filed against him in Pima County Juvenile Court. The first charged him with several minor offenses which occurred on March 10, 1975. The second charged him with two counts of burglary, committed April 18, 1975, and the third charged him with first-degree murder, committed on March 28, 1975.
