This appeal attacks a summary judgment entered against an insurer in an automobile accident case. Seventeen-year-old Jack Hollen was driving on February 1, 1974, when he had a one-car accident in which two passengers, Janet Hernandez and Dora Barclay, were injured. Hollen carried no liability insurance. The two passengers, through their parents as next friends, brought an action against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company claiming recovery...
