The defendant was convicted upon his plea of guilty to two counts of an indictment charging him with conspiracy to violate, and a substantive violation of, the Federal Narcotics Laws, 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B) and 846. Thereafter, on July 17, 1975, the Court suspended the imposition of sentence and placed the defendant on probation for a period of three (3) years under special conditions...
