Plaintiff-appellant, Mary Caillouet Galliano, an employee of Quick Service Stores, Inc., of Houma, Louisiana, was injured while working at their establishment known as "Shop-N-Bag No. 5" and brought suit for her personal injuries. Plaintiff-appellant, Michael Galliano, is the husband of Mary Galliano and brings suit for medical expenses incurred by him as a result of his wife's injuries.
