The libellant was granted a decree nisi of divorce from her husband on July 3, 1974. The husband was ordered to pay alimony in a weekly sum to commence when the libellant had paid him the amount of a judgment awarded him against her in a separate proceeding. On November 12, 1974, the libellant filed a motion to dismiss her libel.
Prior to the filing of this motion, the libellant, on September 24, 1974, had brought a petition to revoke the decree...
