This is a workmen's compensation case and the question is whether there was any substantial evidence to support the Commission's finding, as affirmed by the circuit court, that the claim was controverted by the appellant insurance carrier and in awarding attorney's fee against the carrier in addition to compensation awarded to the appellee-claimant.
