THE COURT.*

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal entered after the trial court sustained without leave to amend a demurrer to his cause of action for medical malpractice. The demurrer was sustained on the ground that the four-year statute of limitations prescribed by Code of Civil Procedure section 340.51 for medical malpractice actions had expired.
