Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in his favor for $4480.00 on a three count petition. Count I sought to recover $15,232.82 upon an inland floater policy issued by defendant, covering a scheduled list of guns. Count II sought recovery of $4,808.00 upon a similar separate policy also covering guns. The difference between the two policies is that the Count I policy covered "shooting guns", while the Count II policy covered "collectors" guns. Count...
