STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On 19 March 1970, Philip Weinstein, an employee of the Monarch Rubber Co., sustained an accidental personal injury arising out of and in the course of his employment. Monarch secured workmen's compensation to its employees by insuring the payment of such compensation in the State Accident Fund.
