This action was instituted by Frank Olson and Glen Olson, lessors, to terminate a ten year lease of approximately 480 acres of farmland with annual cash rental payments of $1,500.00 because the lessees, Herman and Ruby Bedke, had allegedly failed to comply with the material terms of the lease.
