Appellants, William Allen Johnson and Dorothy Lee Johnson, hereinafter referred to as the defendants, were charged and tried in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-75-2888, for the offense of Burglary in the First Degree. They were convicted of the offense of Aggravated Assault and Battery, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 646.
