By order dated July 7, 1975 this court (1) reversed the order dated August 29, 1972 insofar as reviewed and granted the said branch of defendant's motion to the extent of directing a hearing "as to the propriety of the identification at issue", (2) remitted the case to the County Court for the holding of such a hearing and (3) directed that the appeal otherwise be held in abeyance (People v D'Arbeau, 49 A.D.2d 585).
