This is an appeal from the denial of a petition for relief under the Post Conviction Hearing Act (PCHA).1 Appellant, William Roundtree, was convicted in a nonjury trial on February 28, 1973, of murder in the second degree for the stabbing death of one Nathaniel Davis.
