HENRIOD, Chief Justice:

Appeal from a no cause of action judgment in a suit instituted by Weaver, a real estate agent, to recover commissions for services rendered, under the provisions of a written contract between him and defendants, prospective sellers. Affirmed except as to the award of attorney's fees to defendants, which is reversed. No costs awarded.
