HALL, Justice.
In this automobile collision case, the appellee-plaintiff sued the appellants for $1,900.00 damages. He was awarded a judgment for $1,395.00. Among other assignments for reversal, the appellants assert that the trial court—the County Court of Johnson County—did not have jurisdiction over the subject matter of this case, and that the judgment is accordingly void.
